CardRummy Terms and Conditions – What You Need to Know

1. Introduction

CardRummy is an online gaming platform operated specifically for the Pakistani market. The platform offers sports betting (including cricket and PSL), card games (Rummy, Teen Patti, Poker and more), a live casino section, the Aviator crash game, and virtual sports. All services are provided exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) with payment integrations covering Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any service on CardRummy, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally agreed to these Terms in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CardRummy. If you are registering on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and use CardRummy you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. CardRummy does not permit anyone under 18 to register, play, or deposit under any circumstances.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited at the time of play.
• You must be acting on your own behalf — not as an agent or representative of another individual or legal entity.
• You must not be a current or former employee of CardRummy, or a close family member of any such employee.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list active on the CardRummy platform at the time of registration or re-registration.
• You must not have had a CardRummy account previously closed or suspended for violations of these Terms.

CardRummy reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. Accounts where age verification cannot be completed will have deposits and winnings held pending document submission. Accounts found to have been registered by users under 18 will be permanently closed and all balances forfeited.

3. Account Registration

Each person is permitted to hold exactly one CardRummy account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different phone numbers or any other method — is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts, forfeiture of all balances, and a permanent ban from the platform.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. CardRummy cannot be held responsible for communication failures or payout delays resulting from inaccurate contact or payment information on your account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your CardRummy account credentials. You must not share your password with any other person. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility unless you have notified CardRummy in writing of a security breach. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact support immediately and change your password.

• Account registration is free — CardRummy charges no fee to create an account.
• Verification of identity (CNIC or passport) may be required before large withdrawals are processed.
• CardRummy uses the mobile number provided at registration as the primary account identifier. Changes to the registered mobile number require identity verification.
• Dormant accounts (no login for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee of Rs 200 deducted from any remaining balance, following written notice to the registered email address.

4. Deposits & Payments

All deposits on CardRummy are processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No foreign currency transactions are accepted or processed. CardRummy does not charge any deposit fee on its side, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges which are outside CardRummy's control.

Accepted deposit methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Maximum single deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification level and are displayed in the deposit section of your account.

• Deposits made via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay are credited to your CardRummy wallet instantly.
• IBFT transfers are credited the same business day when received before 5:00 PM PKT, or the following business day for transfers received after that time.
• Visa/Mastercard deposits are credited instantly, subject to bank authorisation.
• CardRummy reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit where fraud, money laundering, or terms violations are suspected.
• Only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned or forfeited.

5. Withdrawals

CardRummy processes withdrawal requests for verified accounts within 15 minutes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including public holidays. This commitment applies to all standard withdrawal amounts processed through Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay. IBFT withdrawals follow standard banking hours and may take up to one business day.

Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name and matched to the payment method used for your most recent deposit, or a method that you have verified with CardRummy's payments team. CardRummy will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

• There is no minimum withdrawal amount on CardRummy.
• CardRummy charges no withdrawal processing fee. Your payment provider's applicable fees are their own.
• CardRummy may request identity verification documents before processing withdrawals above Rs 50,000. Providing accurate documents promptly avoids delays.
• Withdrawals of funds derived from bonuses are subject to the applicable wagering requirements described in Section 6.
• CardRummy reserves the right to hold withdrawal processing for up to 72 hours on accounts under security review. Players will be notified if this applies.
• Funds can only be withdrawn to accounts in the same name as the CardRummy account. Proof of identity matching the withdrawal account may be requested.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

CardRummy offers welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and tournament prize pools from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general bonus rules set out here.

• Bonus funds must be used before real-money funds are wagered. CardRummy's system applies this order automatically.
• All bonuses carry a minimum wagering requirement of 5× the bonus amount unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms. Wagering must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited.
• Bonuses are credited in PKR. Wagering requirements must also be met in PKR.
• CardRummy reserves the right to withdraw any bonus from an account if fraudulent activity or bonus abuse is detected — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus.
• Bonuses are available to one account per household, per device, per IP address, and per payment method.
• Free bet and free chip bonuses that result in winnings are subject to wagering requirements before the winnings can be withdrawn.
• CardRummy may modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Players who have already received a bonus will be given adequate time to meet existing wagering requirements before any cancellation takes effect.

7. Gameplay Rules

CardRummy operates all card games, casino games and sports betting markets according to rules published within each respective section of the platform. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of each game or betting market before participating. Ignorance of game rules does not constitute grounds for reversing a bet result or game outcome.

• All card game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators tested for statistical fairness. CardRummy does not manipulate outcomes.
• Sports betting odds are set by CardRummy and may be updated at any time before a market is locked. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted, the odds are fixed.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game or bet that prevents fair completion, CardRummy will void the bet and refund the stake to the player's wallet.
• Disconnection during a card game hand or casino round that results in automatic fold or timeout is the player's responsibility. CardRummy is not liable for losses resulting from the player's own connectivity issues.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits for each game and betting market are displayed within the relevant section and may change from time to time.
• CardRummy's decision on any disputed game outcome is final after review by the integrity team.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are expressly prohibited on CardRummy and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account in any name or combination of personal details.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information at registration or during verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or play games.
• Colluding with other players in card games or poker to gain an unfair advantage over other participants.
• Exploiting software bugs, system errors or loopholes to generate winnings beyond normal game outcomes. Any winnings generated through exploitation will be voided.
• Using stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment methods for deposits.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering or any other financial crime through the CardRummy platform.
• Abusing, threatening or harassing CardRummy staff or other players in any communication channel.
• Sharing your account credentials with another person or allowing another person to play on your account.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy or reproduce any part of the CardRummy platform.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

CardRummy reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time where we reasonably believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is likely to occur. In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering or other serious violations, account funds may be held pending investigation without prior notice.

• Where an account is closed following a confirmed Terms violation, any balance held in the account may be forfeited in full.
• Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player conduct (e.g., CardRummy ceasing operations in a region), any valid player balance will be returned via the most recently used payment method.
• Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support. Closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled normally, and the resulting balance returned via the registered payment method.
• Accounts closed under self-exclusion cannot be reopened during the chosen exclusion period under any circumstances. CardRummy staff do not have the authority to override a self-exclusion request.

10. Responsible Gaming

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the CardRummy platform — including but not limited to software, game designs, graphics, logos, text, icons, and brand elements — is the exclusive property of CardRummy or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

• You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish or create derivative works from any CardRummy content without explicit written permission.
• The CardRummy name, logo and all related marks are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use is prohibited.
• Any feedback or suggestions you submit to CardRummy may be used by us without obligation to compensate you, maintain confidentiality, or seek further approval.

12. Limitation of Liability

CardRummy's total liability to any individual player for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the total amount deposited by that player in the 90 days preceding the claim. CardRummy is not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental or punitive damages of any kind.

• CardRummy is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's own technical issues, including internet connectivity failures, device failures or browser incompatibility.
• CardRummy is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's failure to read and understand the rules of any game or betting market before participating.
• CardRummy provides all services on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted access, though we commit to minimising downtime and providing advance notice of scheduled maintenance.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

13. Privacy

CardRummy collects, stores and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using CardRummy you consent to the data processing activities described in that policy.

CardRummy will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. We may share data with payment processors, identity verification services and fraud prevention partners as necessary to operate the platform safely and comply with legal obligations. All data sharing is governed by appropriate data processing agreements.

14. Changes to These Terms

CardRummy may update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered players by email to their registered address and by an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of CardRummy after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with a change, you may close your account before the effective date and any valid balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
